I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Purpose: Affiliated organizations are established to better serve the diverse needs of members, create a specialized networking environment, and provide professional support services.
Operating Principles: Adhere to the Association's Charter and Regulations, operate within the scope of delegated authority, and coordinate closely with the Executive Board.
Responsibilities: Submit periodic reports on activities, finances, and work plans to the Association's Executive Board.
II. SPECIALIZED ASSOCIATIONS
Establishment Requirements: A minimum of 30 businesses in the same field must register, have an operational plan, and be approved by the Executive Board.
Organizational Structure: The Board consists of a Management Board (5–7 people), a Secretariat, and members. Term of office: 3 years.
Tasks: Organize professional activities, connect value chains, represent industries and state management agencies.
III. REGIONAL BRANCH ASSOCIATION
Establishment Requirements: A minimum of 20 businesses within the same geographical area must propose establishment.
Organizational Structure: Management Board (5–7 members), 3-year term, elected by regional members.
Tasks: Connecting members in the region, organizing local activities, coordinating with local authorities.
IV. CLUBS
Establishment Requirements: A minimum of 15 members with shared interests or goals, and a clear activity plan.
Organizational Structure: Management Board (3 members), operating flexibly according to the club's specific needs.
Tasks: Organizing networking activities and developing soft skills for members.
V. SPECIALIZED COMMITTEES
Establishment: The Executive Committee decides on the establishment, dissolution, or merger of specialized committees.
Structure: Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and members appointed by the Executive Committee.
Responsibilities: Advise the Executive Committee on professional matters and implement programs as assigned.
VI. SUBORDINATE ORGANIZATIONS
Establishment: Established by the collective or the Executive Committee, with independent or dependent legal personality.
Operations: Operate according to their own regulations, financially autonomous but subject to the supervision of the Executive Committee.
Responsibilities: Provide specialized services, conduct investment trials, and contribute advisory services to members.
